How the quote process works
Updated 17 September 2026

The quote process is short on purpose. You send pickup, delivery, date and what is in the house. We come back with hours at $170/hr incl. GST. You confirm. You are booked. No deposit, no cancellation fee — just tell us early if the date moves.
What we need to quote furniture removal
- Both addresses, or at least both suburbs and postcodes.
- Stairs, lift, parking and steep drives.
- Home size and anything heavy: piano, marble, gym gear, fish tank.
- Whether you want us to pack, or you will be packed the night before.
Honest staff will not invent a fixed price for a local job when the clock depends on access. We quote a range, explain what stretches it, and bill 30-minute increments after the three-hour minimum. Travel between the two properties is already in that number.
What “affordable” means in the quote
- GST is inside $170/hr.
- Wrapping, assembly, insurance and the truck are inside it.
- Book a month ahead and $50 comes off the final price.
- Extra crew is quoted before the day, not added at the door.
That is the difference between an affordable quote and a cheap one. A low hourly rate that adds stairs, fuel and blankets later is not the number you pay. Read hidden fees if you are comparing.
Start the quote process or call 0467 017 141. Same-day reply when we can. If the house needs a look before we can lock the hours, that is the quoting and booking process, including on-site inspections.
Common questions
How does the quote process work?
You send pickup, delivery, date and access. We reply with hours at $170/hr incl. GST. You confirm and you are booked. No deposit.
Is the quote a fixed price?
Local and corridor jobs are hourly because time depends on packing and access. We explain the range before the day. Interstate can be a fixed quote.
