What we collect
When you request an estimate or book a move, we collect the details you give us. That usually includes your name, phone number, email, preferred way to be contacted, pickup and delivery addresses, access notes, move date, home size, and any extra information you add about the job.
Why we collect it, and what we use it for
We collect this so we can quote the job, get in contact with you, carry out the move, and keep a record of the booking. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How we store it
Estimate requests from this website are emailed to our business inbox. We keep booking details on our phones and in email while we need them to do the job and for our usual business records. We take reasonable care to keep that information secure, and we do not keep it longer than we need to.
Who we share it with
We only share your details where we need to complete the move, follow the law, or run the website form that sends requests to our email. We do not share them with other companies for their own marketing.
Your choices
